After 1 year of helming the new and revamped Rocco Restaurant and Bar, owners Marc and Todd along with Red Seal Certified Chef Eric have blasted the wow factor through the roof with their take on brunch. This may sound like an exaggeration until you delve into the simply amazing fare that has created a loyal patronage amongst residents from all parts of Etobicoke.

While serving traditional brunch items such as your classic Eggs Benedict or the 3 egg breakfast combo, the real stars are dishes that show off the creative flair of Chef Eric. For example, the “California Benny” is a take on the Benedict, except with avocados, bacon and shrimp, perfectly cooked, providing a contrast in texture with every delicious bite. The “Eggs Charlotte” is topped with smoked salmon and wilted spinach smothered with freshly prepared Hollandaise sauce… simply decadent.



You’ll want to try the “Chorizo Hash” consisting of poached eggs on home-fried potatoes, Spanish sausage, caramelized onions and roasted red peppers topped with the Hollandaise. The “Brioche French Toast” features a scrumptious sweet egg loaf with fresh mixed berries and 100% authentic Canadian maple syrup…heavenly! And to wash it all down (especially if you’ve partied the night before), there’s always the $5 Mimosa or Caesar’s cocktail which will definitely take away the “Hair of the Dog”!
